Cancellation within 14 Hours: Customers can cancel their order within 14 hours of placing it free of charge. To cancel within this period, you need to contact our customer support team without delay and provide them with your order details.

 

Cancellation after 14 Hours but Before Dispatch: In case you cancel your order after the first 14 hours but the product has not been dispatched yet, then a restocking fee of 40% of the order amount will be charged. The fee is to cover the costs of the canceled orders that are related to the processing and restocking.

 

How to Cancel: If you want to cancel your order, contact our customer support team at the earliest possible time. We will assist you in the cancellation procedure and inform you about the full refund or the partial refund, depending on which one is applicable.

 

Refund Process: If the cancellation was successful and the refund will be made before the dispatch, then the refund will be made for the amount left after subtracting the restocking fee. The refunded amount will be made through the original payment method and for this, a couple of business days need to be allowed.
